I’ve been making a lot of bread these past few months and I think I’m getting better at it. It’s still the same recipe, Tammy’s Half-Whole-Wheat Bread, our favorite, but it seems as though I’m getting better at kneading the dough and allowing it to rise properly, not to mention I picked up a trick or two on how to get it to rise in the oven.

This is my first loaf, a few months ago:

(The stuff on the side of the loaf is just frost, from being in the freezer)

So you see, practice does make perfect and even if you’re perfectly happy with loaf #1 or if you want loaf #3, the taste remains the same, absolutely spectacular!
